Buona domenica! Oggi voglio condividere qualcosa con voi, qualcosa che mi ha colpito molto!
Tre giorni fa, stavo scorrendo il mio facebook feed e sorprendentemente ho trovato un gruppo chiamato Vissionnaire Design Gallery. E' un concept store di design che si trova a Pescara, quindi ho preso subito la giacca e sono andata.
Sono contenta di aver trovato la titolare lì - una giovane e bellissima donna di nome Tina. Lei è stata così gentile da farmi un tour nel negozio spiegandomi tutti i dettagli!
In pratica questo è il primo concept store a Pescara interamente dedicato al design in ogni sua forma. Il negozio raccoglie tutti i maggiori brand del design Made in Italy, ma ha anche una propria produzione di mobili. E indovinate un po' ? Ogni pezzo della produzione viene realizzato a mano da Tina!
Il negozio è anche una location per mostre d'arte ed eventi ed è aperto dal dicembre dello scorso anno!
Hello and happy sunday! Today I want to share something with you, something that impressed me very much!
Three days ago, I was scrolling up and down thru my facebook feed and surprisingly I found a group called Vissionnaire Design Gallery. It was the group of a concept store for design and it was in Pescara, so in the next second I took my jacket and went there.
I'm glad that the owner was there - a beautiful young woman called Tina. She was so nice to take me into an improvised tour in the shop and explained me everything in dettails!
Basically this is the first concept store in Pescara entirely dedicated on every form of design. The store collects some of the major brands Made in Italy, but also has it's own production. And guess what? Every piece of the production is hand made by Tina!
The store is also used as a location for art exibitions and events and it's opened since december last year!
Come ho detto, Tina fa tutto a mano! Lo realizza nel suo laboratorio dove viene aiutata da un'altro designer - il suo marito Vittorio de Zelis. Praticamente prendono mobili grezzi di legno (tavoli, sedie, specchi ecc) e usando solo materiali riciclati, come giornali, lattine, cartone pressato, trasformano ogni semplice oggetto in un pezzo di design personalizzato. E se vi avvicinate e iniziate a leggere i pezzi di giornali e riviste, si vede che raccontano una storia! La cosa bella è che, se volete un tavolo da cucina per es. rivestito solo con la vostra rivista preferita o con le foto del vostro ultimo viaggio, basta dirglielo! Si può realizzare a vostra scelta ad un prezzo assolutamente abbordabile! Ed è ecologico! Ve lo consiglio!
But let me tell you more about the hand made production: As I said Tina made everything! She took rough wooden design pieces ( tables, chairs, mirros etc) and by using only recycled materials as newspapers, cans, pressed carton she turns every simple object into a personalized one. And if you get closer and start reading the pieces of newspaper and journals, you could see that she created a story of them! The nice thing is that if you'd like to have a kitchen table for ex. made only with your favourite magazine or with the photos of your last trip, just tell her! She can do it like you prefer it in her lab where she works with another interior designer - her husband Vittorio De Zelis! You can absolutely afford it! And everything is ecological. I absolutely reccomend it!
